A three (3) storey with mezzanine full entertainment complex with a total floor area of approximately four thousand eight hundred thirty-two square meters (4,832 sqm) erected on a one thousand nine hundred fifty-four square meter (1,954 sqm) property located at the designated Central Business District of Quezon City.

It previously housed the La Legende Entertainment Complex, established in 1994 until its closure in 2009.  La Legende was famous for its luxurious entertainment complex frequented by the upscale businessmen and politicians of the Philippines.  It made a name in the entertainment business during the mid-nineties and has set the high standard for the KTV and restaurant industry for almost two decades.

Since January 2011, the building is now home to one of the biggest Puregold Jr. in Quezon City.
